DESIGN PROCESS
are you ready to stand out? Lets create a brand identity and website that means business!
At this point you will have a brand identity that you absolutely love and can’t wait to show off! It will be professional, unique to you and thoughtfully designed with purpose. Once the final payment has been made I will supply your files in several formats for optimum utilisation for both print and web. I will include a document that explains what each file type is used for, and I will always be here should you need to ask any further questions.
04 deliver | Launch
This is where the magic happens, a first glimpse of your brand identity in development! Working from the brand strategy and mood board I will design 2 or 3 main logo concepts for you to choose from. I will present them to you and talk you through my ideas and thinking behind them, giving you the opportunity for honest feedback. If needed, up to 2 rounds of revisions can be made. Once approved I will move onto designing other elements of your brand identity and deliverables of your package.
03 design | develop and refine
Once your strategy is defined and my brain is full of ideas, I then start brainstorming and visualising what your style may look like. I will bring together colours, fonts, overall visual aesthetics and style creating a mood board that I will then share.
02 dEFINE | ANALYSE AND CONCEPT
Once all the paper work has been completed, we start with a friendly strategy session where I get to know the heart of your business and why you exist. It's a lovely way to get to know each other and listen to your story and direction. It will also identify your mission, values, goals, aesthetic vibe and your dream client. This shapes a strong foundation that I can then work from, designing all the elements with purpose and intent, creating a unique logo and brand identity that sets you apart.

Every detail of your brand and website design will be professionally designed with purpose and rooted in your unique values and vision. It will give the right first impression helping your business to grow. Your business matters to me and on a journey together, I will give you the tools you need to help elevate your business.
why should i choose michelle's design room?
With an in-depth discovery stage and brand strategy at the beginning of the design process, this rarely happens. I also share ideas and designs at each stage of the design process so you have regular input to avoid this happening. If for some reason you’re not happy after the rounds of revisions, we can continue to refine the designs at my hourly rate.
what if i'm not satisfied with the design?
Yes, you can upgrade or alter at anytime! If you let me know the different requirements you would like I can adjust your initial custom quote to include this.
can i alter or upgrade my package after starting?
Each design process has a different estimated timeframe. I try to stick to this but it can depend upon any additional requirements you may have and your timely communication with us along the way.
how long is the process?
Each experience has different items included, please enquire further for my brochure that has a full breakdown for each experience. The main items that are not included are:
– Additional revision rounds (two are included)
– Printing material
– Brand photography
– Font licenses
– Image sourcing/Stock image licenses
– Copywriting and proof reading
– Website hosting and domain fees
– In-depth SEO (basic SEO is included)

what isn't included in your prices?
Yes, it will. I start with a friendly strategy session where I get to know everything about you and your business, what your unique story is and what your mission and values are. Every customer and their business is unique which I portray in my designs.
will my design be one of a kind?
Yes, I can. I would however need all your logo files in either pdf, eps or ai format. Plus your brand fonts, colours and any patterns that you use. If you don't have these, don't worry I can help, but an additional custom fee will be charged. Please enquire for further information.
i already have a logo, can you design me a website?
Yes, I do, please contact me for further information.
do you offer payment plans?
No, I don't believe that a singular logo can capture your brand's full story.
I do offer different levels in my custom logo and brand identity package to suit various requirement. Please enquire for further information.
